3 Stages Big Blue Jumbo Filter
House water filter system Housings designed specially for whole-house or industrial/commercial
applications. Whole house Water Filtration Removes dirt, sediments, making water cleaner, clearer, and saferfor your whole house. i n addition, they also protect your
appliances, fixtures and pipe lines. Our whole house water filters are usually placed in the main water line entering the home.
Stage 1:
Pre filter 5 micron to remove suspended material such as sediments, insects, fiber, asbestos, rust and dust etc.
Stage 2:
Activated carbon block filter to absorb complete chlorine, odor, color and organic chemicals from feed water.
Stage 3:
Pre filter 1 micron to remove suspended material such as sediments, insects, fiber, asbestos, rust and dust etc.

An RO water purifier comes in a combination of sediment, carbon filter, RO membrane, UV lamp,
UF membrane, and post-carbon filter. Let’s take a closer look at how these filters work.
Pre-Filters
Pre-filter helps in removing larger particles such as sand silt, dirt and other sediments from water.
The pre-filter helps in protecting the RO membrane that gets clogged as a result of exposure to sediment and chlorine.
Reverse Osmosis Membrane
The next filter on our list is the RO membrane. Water is forced through the semi-permeable membrane in order to block the minute
impurities. The membrane is a synthetic plastic material that stops sodium, chlorine, and even the larger molecules such as urea,
bacteria, and viruses.
UV Lamp
RO water purifier also comes with a UV lamp that helps in disinfecting bacteria from the water by killing all the harmful pathogens
present in the water. The high-power UV ray destroys the illness-causing microorganisms by attacking their genetic core, thereby
eliminating their ability to reproduce.
Ultrafiltration
The next process of filtration that the RO purifier has is UF. It is a type of hollow fibre membrane through which water
is forced to pass leaving the impurities behind and delivering pure and clean water.
Post Filter (Activated Carbon Filter)
Before the water finally gets filled in the storage tank, it passes through the post-carbon filter. The filter helps
in removing any remaining contaminants that slip through the membrane and make it completely pure and fit for consumption.
Along with these filters, RO water purifier comes added with TDS controller that helps in retaining all the essential natural
minerals in the purified water. Some of the RO water purifiers come with Save Water Technology that employs a computer-controlled
process.

showerhead filters for hard water. There are many myths and facts about water in the shower.
Unfiltered shower water can contain many chemicals, debris, bacteria, viruses, and fungi. The water will also contain large amounts of
minerals, especially calcium and magnesium, the minerals responsible for lime formation. In some cases, traces of certain pharmaceuticals can be found in the water.
Chlorine is used to kill the most dangerous pathogens in the water, and it manages to do so without a hitch. However, chlorine’s killing properties will also affect your skin, especially the bacteria that grow naturally on
our skin. Without bacteria, our skin is susceptible to diseases.
The magnesium and calcium are naturally found in the water, and they are not removed during the municipal filtering process because they’re not sensitive to chlorination. The amounts of calcium and magnesium in the water
differ from every town and city, but if you have lime buildups in your bathroom, you can be sure your water contains them.
Even though the chlorine in the water kills most bacteria and viruses, some of them might enter the water source after the municipal filtration process, and they will still end up in your water.
Some pharmaceuticals, especially pesticides and herbicides, can find their way into your water source. These substances were used in the past to increase national crop production, and they’ve been slipping through the ground ever since. In
some places, they’ve already reached the groundwater, and in other places, they will do so in the future.

Acquiring a reverse osmosis equipment is a profitable investment, since it generates the following benefits:
- The expense of the constant purchase of bottled water is reduced.
- The residues that may exist when consuming bottled water are omitted.
- It is efficient, since you get drinking water in a short time and it is always available.
- Water consumption becomes sustainable.
- It is a friendly system with the environment.
If you are looking for these benefits for your food and water projects for human consumption, the experts in reverse osmosis equipment can guide you with the best option

Water softeners are specific ion exchangers that are designed to remove ions, which are positively charged.
Softeners mainly remove
calcium (Ca2+) and magnesium (Mg2+) ions. Calcium and magnesium are often referred to as 'hardness minerals'.
Softeners are sometimes even applied to remove iron. The softening devices are able to remove up to five milligrams per litre (5 mg/L) of dissolved iron.
Softeners can operate automatic, semi-automatic, or manual. Each type is rated on the amount of hardness it can remove before regeneration is necessary.
A water softener collects
hardness minerals within its conditioning tank and from time to time flushes them away to drain.
Ion exchangers are often used for water softening. When an ion exchanger is applied for water softening, it will replace the calcium and magnesium ions in the water with other ions, for instance sodium or potassium. The exchanger ions are
added to the ion exchanger reservoir as sodium and potassium salts (NaCl and KCl).
